What’s a custom channel?
There are already more than 90 well-known marketplaces and platforms such as About You, Otto or Zalando in the Tradebyte channel portfolio. Our customers sell products on these channels via TB.One. Any target system which isn’t yet offered in the Tradebyte portfolio could become a custom channel. That might be the online shop of a brand or external target systems such as mobile apps or web shops. Tradebyte is flexible and able to implement any technical requirement you need. That means we can connect any of your desired channels to TB.One.

This clarifies whether the realisation of the custom channel as part of the Tradebyte standard is possible or whether a new interface has to be created. Afterwards, Tradebyte provides a cost assessment. As soon as all the relevant information is collected, your custom channel is implemented as quickly as possible.
