Due to our growth we have extended our team with a committed employee. We are very happy to welcome Daniel Büttner, who has been supporting our first level support since January.

His tasks include the optimal processing of customer enquiries, customer support during disruptions and other problems, as well as introduction and user training. In order to carry out his processing as independently as possible, Daniel Büttner is being trained in the relevant topics by experienced colleagues.

Previously, Daniel completed 3 years of IT training in Würzburg. Privately, he is interested in model making. Furthermore, Daniel has been working as a voluntary leader in youth work with KjG Burgbernheim.
