THE STORY
When Jack1t, an ambitious fashion brand, launched in 2023, it had one goal: to establish a strong presence in Europe while enhancing its operational capabilities. Known for blending alpine luxury with contemporary streetwear, Jack1t combines premium quality and urban style, proving fashion and functionality go hand in hand. But Brexit brought complex challenges that threatened to hold the brand back. Determined to move forward, Jack1t partnered with Tradebyte to find a way through the obstacles and achieve its vision.

THE TRIGGER

THE Strategy
Tradebyte stepped in as a trusted partner, using its deep marketplace expertise to craft a solution. The plan focused on overcoming Brexit-related hurdles by leveraging Zalando’s fulfillment services (ZFS and ZEOS). This allowed Jack1t to utilise their unified stock pool across Europe to efficiently fulfill orders for both Zalando and About You customers, while also managing orders from their own webshop. Thanks to Tradebyte’s hands-on approach and integration solutions, Jack1t optimised stock management and operations across multiple sales channels.
THE Result
The results were game-changing. In just 18 months, Jack1t established 21 live channel connections across three marketplaces and 10 custom channels for their own webshop; in partnership and fulfilled by ZEOS. By breaking down Brexit barriers, Jack1t achieved remarkable financial milestones via TB.ONE, including over €11m GMV in 2024 and a 107% GMV growth from 2023 to 2024.
