Providing the correct product information can be tricky when every channel has its own specific requirements. Our team takes the frustration away from you, with our mapping services. Our Mapping Service will make sure your products are displayed correctly and the way you want them to.

A BASIC CHECKLIST FOR OUR PARTNERSHIP

WHAT YOU NEED TO WORK WITH US

To start a partnership, there are a few basic requirements. We kindly ask you to prepare all of the below points before we start the onboarding process to avoid delays. If you need help with any of the listed requirements, please reach out to your designated Zalando contact.

To begin:

  • You need a signed contract with Zalando
  • Prepare your data and provide as many product information as possible
  • there are mandatory components and attributes that you need to sell on Zalando

Once on Zalando, please provide:

  • EAN numbers for all articles you want to sell
  • VAT number(s) if you want to use ZFS, a German VAT is needed
  • valid EPR number if you want to sell in Germany, France or Austria
