A CV is generally sufficient, but an additional cover letter is ideal to learn more about your motivation for the position.

1. You will receive a confirmation email from us. Your application will then be reviewed by our Talent Acquisition Team and the specialist department.
2. If your profile matches with the role you have applied for, we send you an invitation. Occasionally, our invitations may end up in your spam folder.
3. Please accept the invitation if the timing fits you. If you do not share a response with us, your invitation will be cancelled.
4. As our interviews are scheduled in CET/CEST, please check your time zone before attending the interview.

Interview Process:

1. First interview with our recruiter (30min.)
2. Second interview with the Team Lead of the department (30min.)
3. Intro Day session: Get to know the team and work on examples of future tasks (approx.2-3 hours)

Depending on the role and job level, this process may deviate.

Google Meet is a video communication service developed by Google. We use this tool to do our video interviews with you. We will send you an invitation with link in advance by mail.

At the time of your interview, please join the Google Meet link, which you can find in your invitation. In case you are not familiar with Google Meet, we recommend using the Chrome browser. Please make sure that your laptop has a good internet connection as well as a camera and audio access.

Casual: There is no dress code at Tradebyte. You may wear what you like.
