We prioritise mobility concepts and strive to offer our talent as much flexibility as possible. We provide a hybrid working model within Germany, plus the option to work from abroad for up to 30 days per year. However, we would love to meet you in the office at least once to four times per month.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
You'll contribute to broader projects and initiatives, e.g. conducting a task such as defining a specific requirement, and develop yourself towards the strategic direction of the team
You'll define problem statements and propose solutions with guidance you proactively seek
You'll draft, align and validate a structured plan on the different analytical steps to address the problem statement and apply findings from previous analyses
By supporting improvement and/or software integration projects, you'll ensure that the implemented solutions meet the specified business requirements
Within your assigned tasks and smaller projects, you'll support the definition of standard processes for operational teams
WE WOULD LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have already gained at least 3+ years of professional experience in process and project management and know what is important
You have a high affinity for processes and a good understanding of the interrelationships of complex IT systems
Ideally, you have some knowledge of business process analysis and modelling
Initial knowledge of Jira, Confluence or Salesforce would be an advantage
You are a facilitator and want to change things with a motivated team
