WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • You own our newsletter and mailing strategy: you are in the driver seat to crafting strategies that nurture the entire customer journey and increase customer lifetime value. From audience segmentation, personalised content requirements, distribution to performance tracking and optimization.

  • You're the guardian of our website. You work with our agency to handle website security and development, where you focus on functionality improvements, speed optimization, bug fixing, and enhancing UX/UI for better conversion rates.

  • You are data-driven in your approach to reporting. Collaborating with other team members, you gather and analyse data to provide clear insights that inform our strategies and help us make informed decisions.

  • You take charge of campaign digital setup - from crafting compelling CTAs and defining KPIs to preparing, checking, and developing campaign landing pages. You ensure that every campaign is set up for success, aligned with our goals, and ready to deliver results.

  • You keep your finger on the pulse of social media and act as a consultant for our Content team. Through analytics and trend watching, you provide valuable insights, consultancy and inspiration to ensure our social media presence is always relevant, engaging, and effective.

  • You're the go-to person for operational support across different areas. Whether it's setting up mailings or assisting with various digital tasks, you're always ready to jump in and ensure everything runs smoothly.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • You have experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign setup, lifecycle marketing, website management, and data analysis.

  • Understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics is a must. WordPress, LinkedIn and other marketing automation tools are a plus.

  • Analytical skill- and mindset. Proficiency in using data to identify trends, assess campaign performance, and make strategic recommendations. Experience with data visualisation tools is a plus.

  • A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in an ever-changing environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines with ease.

  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken; German is a plus.

  • A passion for digital marketing, with a desire to learn and grow within the field.
