Operational Excellence Manager

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

The Operational Excellence Manager leads end-to-end process improvement initiatives across the organisation, focusing on optimising efficiency, standardising processes, and embedding continuous improvement practices. This role integrates Lean Six Sigma methodologies, drives change, and ensures that business processes are aligned with organisational goals. The Opex Manager will occasionally serve as a project manager, overseeing the implementation of process improvements to achieve measurable results.

  • Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives across departments, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Analyse existing business processes, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions that drive standardisation and quality.

  • Integrate Lean Six Sigma methodologies to ensure data-driven decisions and process optimisation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement and process ownership.

  • Develop and deliver training on operational excellence tools and methodologies to teams across the organisation.

WE WOULD LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • You have a deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement tools.

  • You will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement effective solutions.

  • You come with excellent communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and drive change.

  • You have the ability to work across teams and with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

  • You have strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.

  • You have experience with change management and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
