THE ROLE & THE TEAM 

We are looking for a Product Leader to guide a team of Product Managers, driving collaboration, innovation, and customer-centric value. Key responsibilities include leveraging customer insights, defining KPIs, and aligning with stakeholders for successful product execution and impact measurement!

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Product Leadership: Guide and develop a small team of talented Product Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous customer value delivery.

  • Strategy & Vision: Develop a comprehensive product vision (2-3 year horizon) for your domain together with your business, tech and senior leadership stakeholders and align on a strategy to deliver against it. 

  • Execution & Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end development of features, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery across teams in your domain area. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritise, plan, and execute on the product roadmap.

  • Customer Insights & Data: Routinely use Product Discovery techniques to uncover customer needs, validate them across your product’s lifecycle and be a role-model for customer centricity in your team .

  • KPI Management & Data-Driven Decisions: Define and evolve a key performance indicator (KPI) framework for your area and continuously measure the impact of your product domain. Use this data to drive prioritisation decisions

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success as well as senior leadership to ensure alignment and successful delivery of the product roadmap.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • You have proven (domain) leadership experience: 6+ years of experience in product management, with ideally at least 2 years in a leadership role, ideally within a SaaS product or eCommerce environment.

  • You bring a product mindset. You deeply care about creating customer value and use evidence as the basis for your product decisions.

  • You love getting things done. You have a track-record of delivering exceptional software experiences to customers in a complex domain environment.

  • You are an excellent communicator. Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills let you effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

  • You have a degree in a relevant field. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related area; an advanced degree is a plus.
