THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As a Senior Data Optimisation Manager (SDOM) in our Article Onboarding Team, you will take ownership of Premium and strategic brands, overseeing their successful marketplace expansion. You will lead efforts to optimise product data, resolve export preventing errors, and guide brands through the onboarding and transition process. Additionally, you will lead workshops, drive key internal and external projects, and collaborate with departments like Performance Marketing, Success Management and Technical Delivery. With a focus on customer relationships and experience, this role allows you to shape the brand experience while advancing your career in a dynamic environment.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Data Quality & Optimisation: Oversee the brand workflow, managing data optimisation tasks and driving process improvements for key strategic brands. Ensure the success of brand onboarding and transition phases.
Seamless Onboarding: Lead onboarding efforts for new brands and season launches, ensuring smooth transitions and timely completion of tasks.
Project Management: Drive pilot projects and strategic initiatives for Premium brands, ensuring successful marketplace expansion and onboarding.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with your team members and other departments such as Customer Success Management and Technical Delivery to ensure smooth data operations and support brand expansion.
Efficiency Improvement: Lead internal and external process improvement projects, working closely with other departments like Customer Success Management and Trading Services.
