THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As a Sales Specialist for the Emerging Products area, you will be mainly responsible for training the Sales and Success Manager teams to successfully sell our new products that will launch next year. You will be an expert in them and join key conferences and customer visits when a deeper expertise is needed.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Providing ongoing training to sales and success managers regarding the product
Enabling sales and success managers with information on new features
Main point of contact between Growth organisation and Emerging Products area
Joining key sales pitches as the product expert
Creating (or supporting) sales materials including pitch decks, demos, etc.
Working closely with the product team to understand pain points, user feedback, etc.
Traveling to conferences and customer visits to promote the product.
WE WOULD LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have a background in Solution Engineering, Sales and/or Product Management
You are skilled in building product demos and pitches that showcase the product in a targeted manner to customers
You bring experience in customer-facing roles and SaaS products
Ideally has experience pushing a new product into an existing customer base
You are comfortable working independently
You have strong stakeholder management skills - able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
