We prioritise mobility concepts and strive to offer our talent as much flexibility as possible. We provide a hybrid working model within Germany, plus the option to work from abroad for up to 30 days per year. However, we would love to meet you in the office at least once to four times per month.
THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As a Solution Delivery manager for the team you will be responsible for driving integration projects from start to finish. You will be delivering the best in class output that matches the strategic approach in team Royal. This will lead into the best results for the customer. With your help the customer will be able to deliver projects on time and get their needs sufficiently met.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING
As an e-commerce project manager/solution delivery in our team, you are responsible for the entire integration of our top 20 and most important brands and retailers in our system and on the channels
You are responsible for the planning, management, and implementation of integration projects with our brands and retailers
You manage the support of several customer integrations at the same time
You are responsible for ensuring that our sales partners on the various marketplaces and channels can quickly sell their products to end consumers and have an optimal online presence
You support the integration as well as customer-specific projects from start to finish
For our partners, you are the specialist for our product and our top channels such as Zalando, AboutYou or ASOS
You prepare and host webinars, training sessions, and workshops for our partners - sometimes on site
WE WOULD LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have a degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or completed a similar training
Ideally you already gained experience with Salesforce
You are structured and organized and you have a strong analytical approach; hands on mentality and problem solving skills describe your way of working
You are very interested in e-commerce, in particular in data interfaces and online marketplaces as well as channels
You are very skilled in communicating via e-mail or telephone and appear professionally and confidently at customer meetings with world-famous brands and retailers
Your communication style is empathetic and patient, reliability and resilience are your strengths
You are fluent in English and German would be a plus
