THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As the Strategic Marketplace Lead for Otto, you will be responsible for the commercial and technical success of a strategic marketplace, driving impactful results and fostering collaboration. This is your opportunity to shape the future of our marketplace and make a significant impact while working directly with one of the top players in the fashion industry. You will also have the chance to directly influence the commercial and technical success of a key marketplace customer.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Strategic Account Management: Develop GMV and revenue plans for the key account, setting ambitious yet achievable targets. Owns meeting these targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and success.

  • Account Engagement: Actively advocate for Tradebyte’s solutions by understanding and promoting the unique benefits of the partnership; securing support and aligning Tradebyte’s offerings with the client’s evolving needs. 

  • Performance Management: Track performance metrics for Otto and implement corrective actions to address any issues and ensure optimal results.

  • Internal Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with teams across Technical Account Management (TAM), Project Management, Product Management, Specialists, Engineering Managers, Sales, and Consulting to ensure alignment and effective execution of account strategies

  • Network Building & Advocacy: Build professional networks, maintain key stakeholder relationships as a trusted advisor, and champion customer needs to ensure strategic accounts receive essential resources.
